Welcome to Ardor Salon

Ardor Salon is located in the Fairhaven district of Bellingham, WA. We offer customized hair services rooted in thoughtful consultation, technical skill, and a deep respect for how you live with your hair day to day. Our approach is modern and intentional, focused on creating results that grow out beautifully, not just look good when you leave the chair.

We are a plastic-free salon and proudly partner with Green Circle Salons, a sustainability program dedicated to reducing waste in the beauty industry. Through this partnership, we’re able to divert hair clippings, excess color, foils, metals, and hard-to-recycle salon waste away from landfills, significantly reducing our environmental footprint in ways that are measurable and meaningful.

Education is central to our culture. Our team continually invests in advanced training so we can deliver refined, current techniques using high performance haircare that is intentionally formulated and packaged with care.

The salon itself reflects the Pacific Northwest, calm, grounded, and welcoming. Your time here is meant to feel unrushed and considered, with curated refreshments and locally roasted coffee from our partners at Makeworth Coffee Roasters.

The Vision

Ardor Salon was created by Angie Nordby. Her aspiration to create a luxurious, comfortable hair care experience was the driving force behind the design, flow, and environment that Ardor encapsulates. Angie has worked endlessly to give form to her vision so that you can experience the opulent atmosphere of Ardor and leave with hair that feels great and authentic to you. 

Angie’s passion and drive have led her from Toni&Guy graduate to blonding educator, to independent luxury salon owner and master hairstylist. Her genuine love of giving people the hair of their dreams fuels everything about Ardor, from the luxe space, local coffee, and soft robes to the open communication styles of our skilled hairstylists, Ardor ensures that you’ll leave feeling indulgent and cared for, with hair that speaks for itself.
