With a career spanning since 2014, Alex Wade-Ayres brings a chill, creative, and caring approach to her work at Ardor Salon. Specializing in low-maintenance color and cuts, lived-in blonding, and creative color, Alex is dedicated to making clients feel effortlessly beautiful. She also enjoys providing bridal services, styling, and makeup, always seeking to enhance her skills through both experience and continuing education. 

Building trusting relationships is at the heart of Alex’s work. "I love connecting with my clients, hearing their life stories, and making sure they feel heard. I always welcome feedback and enjoy offering new ideas or a fresh change when it feels right." 

Born and raised on San Juan Island, Alex is a proud mom of two young daughters, who are her biggest inspiration. Through life experiences, Alex brings a unique perspective and empathy to her interactions, making genuine connections with her clients. 

Outside of the salon, Alex loves spending time with family, exploring new places, catching live concerts, and indulging in pop culture and reality TV. Whether it’s styling for a special occasion or creating an everyday look, Alex is here to ensure you feel confident and cared for.
